Where are your drugs manufactured?


All of our generic drugs come from certified laboratories and meet quality, efficacy and safety standards appropriate to their use. They carry a drug identification number (DIN) indicating that they have been approved by Health Canada and other relevant regulatory authorities. This means they can be sold on the Canadian market.

As allergens and non-medicinal substances may vary depending on the product and its content, we invite you to visit the Our Generic Drugs page on our website, where you will find a list of allergens by product.

Do you offer a compassionate care program for patients?


SIVEM Horizon is a patient support program designed to assist healthcare professionals and patients by streamlining access to specialty medications. The program offers guidance on reimbursement and provides financial support to patients. Currently, the SIVEM Horizon program exclusively supports SIVEM Imatinib in all provinces, with the exception of Quebec. This support program is available in all provinces in Canda, except Quebec.

To report a problem with a product or an adverse reaction, please call our Medical Information team at 1-855-788-3153. Your comments are important to us.

How can I order canisters for your products?


If your pharmacy is located in Quebec, please contact your SIVEM pharmaceutical solutions representative.

If your pharmacy is located in the rest of Canada, please contact your member, franchise representative or SIVEM Customer Service using the form in the Contact Us section of our website.
